High Strength Nonwoven Fabric

A high - strength nonwoven laminated non woven fabric has a thermoplastic synthetic long fiber and a fiber diameter of 7 to 20 μm as an upper layer. And a thermoplastic synthetic fine fiber has a fiber diameter of 5 μm or less as an intermediate layer, and each layer is integrally formed by pressure bonding. It is characterized in that the fine fiber has a structure in which at least one side of the long fiber layer enters the long fiber layer with an entry index of 0.36 or more. 

The long fibers are combined, embedded or interlaced, and the,laminated non woven polypropylene has a basis weight of 10 to 250 g / below m2, the bulk density is 0.20 g / cm3 or more. The laminated spunbond non woven fabric of the present invention has durability due to its formation of a microfiber layer of a nonwoven  fabric structure, and has various filtration and blocking functions. And its tensile strength is far superior to that of a spunbond nonwoven.
