Selection of filtration accuracy:
First, the higher the filtration accuracy, the higher the requirements on the filter fabric.
Second, first select the PH of the filter cloth environment:

Whether the filtering environment is acidic or alkaline, then the raw material of the filter cloth fabric can be selected, the nylon resistant strong alkali filter cloth is not resistant to strong acid; the polyester resistant strong acid filter cloth is not resistant to strong alkali. Third, the choice of filtration temperature:
For filtration environments exceeding 100 degrees, nylon and polyester, or aramid, basalt and other materials should be selected, but in general, polypropylene can be used;
Fourth, the choice of materials:
The recovery of scarce resources should choose high filtration precision, no filter cloth, but the filter speed of such filter cloth is generally slow; common resources should choose filter cloth with fast filtration speed and not easy to block;
Fifth, the choice of filter:
The filter cloth is generally a common material for the filter cloth, so it is preferable to select a filter cloth with a fast filter cloth according to the material particles.
The mobile disc filter cloth machine generally filters the scarce resources of the cloth, so the filtering precision of the filter cloth is relatively high.
The plate and frame filter cloth machine filters materials with general viscosity, and the pressure is large, so the strength and precision of the filter cloth are very high.
